Q: I have two versions of Adobe Premiere on my machine, shall I purchase two licenses?
A: If the two version of Adobe Premiere are installed in the same machine, one license is enough for your computer. You do not need to purchase two licenses. However, if you want to install Moyea Importer for Adobe Premiere on two computers, you shall pay for two licenses.
Q: Can I run the setup wizard for only once to install the plugin for my two Adobe Premiere version?
A: Yes, if Moyea Importer for Adobe Premiere detects and recognizes the Adobe Premiere versions on your computer. You will face a dialog box and choose the Adobe Premiere versions for the plug-in to work with.
Q: The import plug-in does not display my Adobe Premiere version in the setup wizard. What shall I do?
A: You can customize the Adobe Premiere version in the setup wizard. Click the browse button for specifying the version of Adobe Premiere and look into the folder like Plug-ins under the installation folder of the Adobe Premiere version which the plug-in does not list. Q: What kinds of formats could be added to Adobe Premiere if I installed Moyea Importer for Adobe Premiere?
A: Besides the supported formats by the Adobe Premiere, you can import FLV videos, RealPlayer videos, AVCHD videos. For the detailed FLV formats, please refer to the comparison chart. With better support of non-FLV format, you can load files in *.rm,*.rmvb,*.vob,*.mpg,*.tivo,*.mts,*.m2ts,*.mkv,*.ts,*.tp formats.
Q: What is the difference between the trial version and the full version of Moyea Importer for Adobe Premiere?
A: The trial version works the same way as the full version. However, with the trial version, you will get Moyea logo on the videos imported to Adobe Premiere using Moyea Importer for Adobe Premiere. There is no Moyea logo on the files imported by the full version.
Q: Do I need to install codec pack for importing the videos supported by Moyea Importer for Adobe Premiere?
A: No, you do not need to install any codec package before importing videos with Moyea Importer for Adobe Premiere. You can directly import RM, RMVB, VOB, MTS, M2TS, MKV, TiVo videos to Adobe Premiere.
