I am not aware of anything your software is lacking; however, this is the only software that I have used. I did consider other software, but thought your software looked more user friendly, as well as integrating the control bars, which I do like. I think you have great customer support.

Your company has a good product and I was pleased with my support experience. haven't had a need to look for other products as this one suits my needs. The software meets all of my needs. I think it is a good solid product!

I think you have one of the best products on the market...it works very well; easy to use...I absolutely love it. I\'ve compared other products and yours is the best. Already bought two copies. one for a second computer.

Really I can't say what it is missing. FLASH VIDEO MX PRO has all the functions I need.
